Recipes – Zucchini Apple Pie

Zucchini Apple Pie

4 cup zucchini

1/4 cup water

4 T vinegar

½ t cinnamon

1 T lemon juice

½ cup sugar

2 T flour

Cook all ingredients in saucepan on low heat.  Cook until thickened.  Pour into pie shell.  Bake at 350.
