The box was very pretty with its “fake” box on the box outside of the box. Then when you took the sleeve off you get a box with a really cool handle so that it is easy to transport.
My first choice to try was the White Cheddar and Black Peppercorn popcorn. It had just the right amount of cheddar, salt and peppercorns during the first few bites. After eathing several handfuls I was craving more!! I ended up eating the bag in one day because I ate it both for lunch and an afternoon snack!! It was delicious and for bagged popcorn it wasn’t stale like you get sometimes when you purchase popcorn.
Dale and Thomas Popcorn Spicy Chipotle was a sweet heat that you have to enjoy to love to this popcorn. It is the perfect man popcorn because its sweet, but not to sweet, then all of a sudden the heat hits you. My husband loved this spicy treat that was great to eat!!
North Country Cheddar was a delicious blend of popcorn taste as well as a Cheddar cheese. It wasn’t to cheesy or salty it was just right in my opinion. It was a good cure to a salt craving because it gave you a different flavor to go with your popcorn. The Dale and Thomas North Country Cheddar cheese was my favorite out of this selection of popcorn.
Dale and Thomas Real Butter popcorn reminded me of the popcorn my Nana and Papa used to make for us as kids. It had the fresh cooked popcorn smell, feel, texture and most importantly the taste of fresh popped popcorn on the stove. It seriously made me feel like a kid again sitting in the kitchen watching the kernels pop and then the butter being poured on. It was just plain butter popcorn, but the memories and taste were absolutely amazing!!
Bacon and Ranch was our daughter’s favorite popcorn this time around. That girl loves Bacon, Ranch, and popcorn so she thought it was out of this world. I thought it was a bit to much Bacon/Ranch for myself but Mr. SMSL loved it!!
Summertime BBQ reminded me of all of the days we are about to spend out with family and friends. It tastes like BBQ, sweet yet salty and I could have swore I tasted Ketchup and mustard as well. Summertime BBQ Dale and Thomas Popcorn is another great Father’s Day treat to include in the box because after the first taste you always want to go back in for more.
Since its a Father’s Day gift box, I would say Dale and Thomas hit the nail on the head when they created these great popcorns. Each flavor my husband enjoyed and would be bery ahppy to get another box of this delicious popcorn for Father’s Day!!
