Pork Ranch Burgers

2 pounds of pork burger ours is home grown so it doesn’t have all of the added preservaties.

2 packages of ranch dry dressing mix, salt and pepper to taste.  Mr. SMSL loves salt, can you tell?

I just mix it with my hands because I think its easier.

I put it into one big ball, put plastic wrap over it, and pop it into the fridge until cooled down again.

 

After cooling down I made patties as you can tell, and then I popped the tray into the freezer.  This way I made 2 suppers worth of hamburger patties with leftovers for lunch.

Then Mr. SMSL barbecued them on the grill. I had a picture of the finished product and I can’t find it, so maybe one of these days the picture will resurface.
