Cinchspiration Week 3 exercise
Monday–Swam for an hour, only hit 3,789 steps, and played Wii Tennis instead of Wii Fit, not bad, not good either
Tuesday–Walked 2 miles, 8,168 steps for the day, Wii Fit for 21 minutes
Wednesday–Wii Fit for 41 minutes so I could cover Tuesday’s deficit, Walked 2 miles, 6,487 steps
Thursday- Swam for 1 hour, 2,235 steps, 30 minutes of Wii Fit!!
Friday-30 minutes of Wii Fit, Walked 2 miles, Swam for an hour,5,940 steps
Saturday–30 minutes of Wii Fit, Swam for 1 hour,_______steps
I need to do the following on Sunday to reach my goal!! 
Sunday–Wii Fit 
Walk 2 miles
Reach 5,000 steps
Total Steps-_26619___Goal for week was 35,000—not including Saturday and Sunday!!

Not to bad in my opinion!! I’m moving so that has to be doing something!! I’ve also reached my water intake goal for this week except for one day. How are you doing on your  goal setting and meeting? Let me know if I can help you!! Heidi
