Exercise for 7/20/12

Yep! That’s how it works for me, but just think about how much better you feel after exercise!! Today I walked 2 miles (while spinning the Superpoints button) as well as played the Wii Fit for 30 minutes.  We also swam as a family after supper!! All in all its well worth the work, how are your goals this week? Heidi
