Exercise Week #4 Results

Exercise Week #4 ResultsOk, so if I set goals for myself and make myself accountable to you all I do much better at exercise.  I still don’t love exercise, but I feel better afterwards so I keep going.

Instead of finding an excuse to not exercise, I’ve been fitting in lots of different exercise throughout the day.  Its not always easy but the payout is so worth it.

Monday–2 miles of walking, 30 minutes Wii Fit

Tuesday–2 miles of walking, 1 hour of swimming

Wednesday–2 miles of walking, 1 hour of swimming

Thursday–2 miles of walking, Wii Fit for 30 minutes

Friday—I don’t remember that’s what I get for not holding myself accountable.

Saturday–Walked 2 miles, Wii Fit 30 minutes

Sunday–Nothing, nada, zip zilch.

35,582 steps out of my 45,000 Goal I didn’t reach it, but there is always next week!!

Exercise dvd’s were out, but I never used them.  SO this week I will do better!! I will post this week’s goals soon!
