Exercise Week #5 Goals Here are my exercise goals for week #5. I am hoping for a better exercise week this week, last week was good but I could have done better. So today
I set my goals and we will see where this week takes me. As long as I am moving, I am loosing so I just need to keep moving.
Monday–Walked 1 mile, Swam for 30 minutes. Not bad but I ran out of time in my day.
