Week 4–Fruits and Veggies ABC Challenge This week I’m challenging myself to eat as many fruits and veggies as I can. So I decided while shopping yesterday morning I was going to buy some things I wouldn’t necessarily buy in an effort to get myself moving. I have put the letters a-z below, and each day I eat a veggie or a fruit with that letter I’m going to type it in and tell you what I ate.
Week 4 Results: 17 fruits and veggies! Not to bad, but I’m doing it again this week to see where I go!!
