Last week I did pretty well at eating fruits and veggies, so I decided to do it again this week. I have put the letters a-z below, and each day I eat a veggie or a fruit with that letter I’m going to type it in and tell you what I ate. Last week was 17 fruits and veggies so this week I’m trying for 20. We will see if I make it or not. Heidi

A-Apple (late night snack), Avocado (on taco’s)
B–Blueberries (in my shake for breakfast), Broccoli
C–Celery (chopped up in salad), cooked carrots, baby corn (in stir fry)
L–Lettuce for salad, again on tacos
O–Onions (on tacos)
R–Radishes (chopped up in salad)
