Here are my exercise goals for week #5. I am hoping for a better exercise week this week, last week was good but I could have done better.  So today

I set my goals and we will see where this week takes me.  As long as I am moving, I am loosing so I just need to keep moving.

Monday–Walked 1 mile, Swam for 30 minutes.

Tuesday- Walked 2 miles, Swam for an hour.

Wednesday- Walked 2 miles, Swam for an hour.

Thursday-Walked 2 miles, Swam for an hour, Wii Fit for 30 minutes

Friday-Walked 2 miles, Swam for an hour, Wii Fit for 30 minutes

Saturday-Swam for an hour

Sunday- Walked 2 miles, Swam for an hour, Wii Fit for 15 minutes

I met all of my goals this week!! 

45,407 out of my 45,000 step goal, I made it!! It was pretty close but I did it!!

This week I wanted to challenge myself to walking a little more, so I upped my steps to 50,000. I did the Exercise DVD one time today and thought I was going to die before I got to the 20 minutes. But I didn’t die and I survived, so now I just have to do another form of exercise today before the end of the night!! What goals do you have this week? Heidi
