Month #2 Team Cinchspiration Update
After the 2nd month of being on Shakelee’s Cinch program.

I am the world’s biggest critic of myself which comes from years of being overweight. I knew I was changing but didn’t really notice how much.  I started the Shakelee Cinch program two months ago at 241 pounds. I was appalled to say the least at the pictures I had to post of myself, but in hind sight I am super glad that I did.  Here are my measurements from the beginning as well as where I am in just 2 short months.

Starting                         2 month mark

Weight 241                   214.5                                       Lost 26.5 pounds

BMI: 44.1                       39.2                                        Loss of 4.9

Neck:16 inches            15 1/4 inches                      Lost 3/4 inch

Chest: 51 inches          46 3/4 inches                      Lost 4 1/4 inches

Waist: 54 inches           45 3/4 inches                     Lost 5 1/4 inches

Arms: 15 1/4                   13 3/4 inches                    Lost 1 1/2 inches

Thighs: 27 1/2 inches   21 7/8                                 Lost 5 5/8 inches

Total loss in inches: 17 3/8 inches

Weight: 26.5
