Patty Reed Giveaway

Yes, I admit it, I am a bag lady!! I love bags especially if they are reusable shopping bags.  My grocery store gives me a 5 cent credit every time I use a reusable shopping bag so my grocery bag habit quickly pays for itself.  Reusable shopping bags are handy to have but the Patty Reed Reusable Shopping Totes are amazing! They  have taken a new spin on recycling as well as the grocery tote and made an amazing product.

All Patty Reed Design shopping totes are made from recycled water bottles!! What an ingenious idea! So when your reusable shopping bag wears out you can again have it recycled to do your part for the Earth.  When I was given the chance to do a review and giveaway of Patty Reed Design’s I was super excited and went right to work shopping for the best shopping tote for me.  I narrowed it down to lots of reusable shopping totes that I would love but one in particular stood out in my mind.

It was the Hope–Breast Cancer for the Cure Shopping Tote that was last year’s design.  A portion of the profit from their Breast Cancer shopping totes is donated to support Breast Cancer Research and Patient Care.  So not only are you getting a super cute and functional reusable shopping tote you are doing your part to live greener as well as supporting a great cause.

It was in the wrapping here which is why it looks more dull.

When I received my bag it was delivered Fed Ex and it was in a plastic envelope/package that could be recycled right along with your other plastics.  I cut off the tags and put it right into the recycling bin.  The shopping bag had pockets that I could use and my husband suggested I use it for my coupon binder.  What a fabulous idea! So instead of using it as a “shopping tote” I use mine to carry my binder and still have room to spare.  So I got rid of my purse, threw my goodies in my Patty Reed Designs shopping tote and still had room to spare. One of my favorite features is that it is easy to clean with just a wet cloth and your dirt is gone!! Most other bags aren’t that easy to clean.
