Good afternoon. Saturday’s at the SMSL household are usually spent cleaning, shopping, and other things to help us get ready for the week ahead. Today has been a busy day this morning, and the house is starting to shape up rather nicely. I do still have several things on my to do list that I want to get done, but if I don’t get them done, I will guarantee they will be there tomorrow or the next day.
Some of the Saturday cleaning out our house includes:
- Laundry
- Scrubbing the bathroom
- All of the floors
- Dusting
- Picking up and putting up
- Deeper cleaning than what is done on a daily basis.
This Saturday I also intend to find 20 things that I don’t “use, love, or need.” I know I have a lot of “stuff” that I don’t use and its time to get it out of the house. Back to school time is a perfect time to do that. So hopefully the office doesn’t swallow me up today when it is time to purge some items that just clutter up the room.
After doing that then I will go shopping so that way I can attend an auction tomorrow that is bittersweet to me. So I’m wishing you all a productive Saturday!! I will be off and on today as time allows.
