Taco Soup Recipe

Today’s cooler weather got me to thinking about soup so I decided I would share the Taco Soup Recipe with you today. Heidi
Taco Soup

1 package of Ranch Dressing Powder

2 pounds ground beef

2 cups diced onions

1 can kidney beans

1 can pinto beans

1 can whole kernal corn

1 can of Mexican tomatoes (I use Rotel)

1 can diced tomatoes

2 cans of diced green chiles

1 package taco seasoning

Brown the ground beef and onitions in a large skiliet, drain the excess fat, then transfer to your big stock pot or crock pot.  Add the beans, corn, tomatoes, chilies, and seasoning and cook on low 6-8 hours if in the crock pot.  Or 1 hour on the stove.

To serve”

Place corn chips in a bowl, ladle the soup over them and top with Sour Cream, Cheese, Jalapenos, Green Onions and Black Olives. (All are optional)
